Professor Weade Kobbah-Boley

Chief Executive Officer

Professor Weade Kobbah-Boley is  an internationally  renowned Broadcast Journalist, Academician,  Researcher,  Women's Rights Advocate and consultant to numerous international and national organizations.  She is the recipient of numerous academic and professional awards such as the Outstanding Achievement in Journalism Award, and is a Fulbright Scholar.  She is the founder of the Oldest women's NGO in  Liberia - Southeastern Women Development Association (SEWODA) - and is founding consultant of the Women's Legislative Caucus. An Associate Professor of Mass Communication and Vice President for Institutional Development and Planning at the

University of Liberia, Professor Weade Kobbah-Boley was also the Vice President of the Council of State of the Liberian National Transitional Government which was charged with the responsibility to return Liberia from War to Peace, the Director of the Liberian Broadcasting System (LBS), Assistant Minister for Public Affairs at the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism, Executive Director of the Liberian Refugee Repatriation and Resettlement Commission.

Kaman Weah is a seasoned senior executive with over a decade of progressive leadership experience across the United Nations system, government advisory roles, and the private sector. He has served in senior management and strategic advisory capacities across Africa and the Middle East, including assignments in Ghana, The Gambia, Rwanda, Yemen, Sudan, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
With extensive experience in post-conflict, conflict, and stable development environments, Mr. Weah brings a rare combination of operational resilience, institutional reform expertise, and digital transformation leadership.

His career has been defined by strengthening institutions in fragile contexts while driving modernization, accountability, and sustainable systems development.
