This training is developed to improve the hospitality skills of junior-level professionals working in hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants, bars, and entertainment places. As first liners, these staffers are the faces of Liberia. They give the first impression about Liberia by how they receive, accommodate, and serve visitors. This hospitality training is designed to ensure that professionals across the tourism, hotel, entertainment, education, and banking sectors are proficient in their respective areas.
Heritage Liberia offers training courses in customer service, food and beverage management, communication skills, etiquette, housekeeping, and safety procedures. Earn a certificate or diploma in 8 weeks or 9 months. 
Courses are taught by renowned hospitality experts from Liberia and Ghana and are continuous.

Meet our Lead Trainer: Patrick Eric Nunoo
Strategic Tourism Planning and Development Expert with a wealth of experience in historic preservation and heritage tourism. Trained at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Eastern Michigan University in the United States and University of Cape Coast, Ghana, Director Nunoo works as the CEO of NEPAVOY Tourism, Cape Coast Ghana and has championed many historic and tourism projects in Ghana, Michigan, USA, the Bahamas, involved with Investment Tourism, Real Estate Development and Travel and Tours.  He is an instructor, coach, and innovator who brings the tourism industry alive.
